Ahmed Rajput spent over a decade building and inspecting homes in Perth, Western Australia. He watched how Australian buyers protected themselves — every serious property purchase came with an independent engineering inspection. It was normal. It was expected. It was standard practice.
When he came back to Karachi, he saw the opposite. Crores were being spent on houses that nobody had properly checked. Families were moving into homes with hidden cracks, bathroom leaks, failing waterproofing — problems that a professional engineer could have found in 3 hours before the sale.
StructSure Pakistan was built to change that. To bring the same standard of independent, engineering-led property inspection to Karachi that Australia has had for years.
We started in Karachi. We are coming soon to Lahore and Islamabad. Our goal is to make professional building inspection a standard part of buying property across Pakistan.

Engr. Barkat Ali Rajput is one of Karachi’s most respected construction professionals, with a career spanning more than five decades. A civil engineer from NED University (1981) — Pakistan’s most prestigious engineering institution — he qualified through the Central Superior Services before rising to Director of Planning and Development at DOW University. He founded the Rajput Group, which has delivered residential construction projects across DHA, PECHS, Bahria Town, Gulshan-e-Maymar, and Federal B Area for generations. His fifty years of knowledge about how Karachi’s buildings are built — and how they fail — is the foundation that StructSure Pakistan stands on.

Ahmed Rajput is the founder of StructSure Australia and StructSure Pakistan. He spent over a decade in Western Australia’s residential construction industry — building homes, supervising construction, and conducting hundreds of building inspections across Perth. He has personally managed residential projects from foundation to handover. He knows exactly where builders cut corners — because he has seen it done from both sides. As a Registered Building Practitioner in WA and an Engineers Australia member, he holds internationally recognised credentials that no Pakistani inspection company can match. He founded StructSure Australia in 2025, and brought the same standard to Karachi to fill a gap that has been missing from Pakistan’s property market for too long.
